To blog or not to blog...

I am becoming the most militant biker I know due to the fact that I, on a daily basis, am harassed, cut off, and life-threatened on a daily basis by ignorant, angry, bad, or bullying drivers. And while the majority of drivers in Chicago are very courteous and skilled, there remains a minority of people that should not be allowed to share the road with neither bike nor vehicle. Change is coming, mostly in the form of harsher legislation against infractions involving bikers. Unfortunately, with the way the law works you must be involved in an accident to hold a driver accountable for their actions. That is, if they, the driver, first know what they did and second stop to deal with it. Needless to say, I am pissed off, livid, incensed, about to lose it next time, and tired of having to be daily harassed by numbskull idiots who somehow achieved the right to have a driver's license, yet don't know the rights afforded to bikers let alone that they have a right to share the road. Let's see what this blog leads to shall we?
